Refund policy

At Yarrow & Rye, we take great pride in providing high-quality seedlings, fresh flowers, and digital products. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Seedlings & Fresh Flowers

  • Our seedlings and fresh flowers are perishable and time-sensitive. Once they leave our care, we cannot guarantee their condition, as factors such as handling, weather, and storage can affect their quality.
  • For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for live plants or fresh-cut flowers.

Digital Products

  • All digital downloads, including but not limited to Notion templates, guides, and other digital resources, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via email, download link, or access to an online resource), the sale is final.
  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, even if the product has not been downloaded or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at katrina@yarrowandrye.ca with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
  • A description of the problem

We will review your request and work with you to find a resolution where appropriate.

Digital Product Support & Troubleshooting

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using a digital product, we are happy to assist you. Please reach out to katrina@yarrowandrye.ca with details about the issue, and we will do our best to help troubleshoot. However, requesting support does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

As all sales are final, any attempts to dispute or request a chargeback for a valid purchase will be considered fraudulent. Yarrow & Rye reserves the right to block future purchases from customers who attempt to dispute transactions in bad faith.
